We maintain inventory levels to allow for excellent service to our customers. In the event that your order cannot be shipped complete we will ship all available merchandise and create a back order which will automatically ship when the product is in stock. If you are paying with a credit card we will only charge you for the product that was shipped. We accept all orders over $50 to meet our customer's needs. Any orders under $100.00 will incur a $10.00 processing fee.
Pricing:
Our pricing reflects the least cost and best value. Only under extreme circumstances will they change without notice. When purchasing in quantities your best price may not be visible. We will enter your order and send back a confirmation with any adjustments to the pricing.
Payment Terms:
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express for your convenience. We do extend 30 credit terms to our regular customers who purchase throughout the entire year. Shipping:
We try to offer the least expensive shipping arrangements for all orders. We currently use UPS, Parcel Post and several common carriers. All freight costs will be added to your final invoice. In the event of lost or damaged merchandise, please contact the carrier immediately. We will provide assistance if necessary.
Returns:
For conditions beyond our control, there will be a 20% restocking charge for returned merchandise.
